Brad Paquette, a Michigan state legislator, has recently used his social media platform to comment on issues related to academia, gender theory in legislation, and the ongoing fallout from the Jeffrey Epstein case.

On February 8, 2026, Paquette criticized what he described as left-leaning dominance in Michigan’s academic institutions. He stated, “It is widely known, and sadly accepted, that Michigan academia is controlled by the left. The very loud activists, who are actually few, have dominated the culture on most campuses. This needs to change… and not by means of censorship.”

Two days later, on February 10, 2026, Paquette addressed a group of aspiring legislators in Michigan who refer to themselves as “the Dollhouse.” In his post he wrote: “These aspiring Michigan legislators call themselves the ‘Dollhouse’. The push last term was immense to coerce MI children into believing they were born wrong. Dems wove gender theory into everything. Next term will be 10 fold. Love tells the truth. Sex cannot be changed.”

On February 11, 2026, Paquette commented on public reaction to developments related to Jeffrey Epstein and called for legal action against Howard Lutnick. He posted: “I’m liking every post stating that we will not move on from the Epstein travesty. Also, Howard Lutnick should resign and be tried for crimes against children. If found guilty, he should be hung from the neck until dead alongside every other criminal involved.”

Paquette’s statements reflect ongoing debates within Michigan over political influence in education and legislative approaches to gender identity issues in schools. His remarks regarding Jeffrey Epstein reference a broader national conversation about accountability following Epstein’s arrest and subsequent death while awaiting trial for sex trafficking charges.
