The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Brad Paquette, Brad Paquette for State Representation, paid $8 to Facebook on June 30.

According to quarterly campaign statements filed with Michigan’s Secretary of State, the following reason was given for the expenditure: ‘ads’.

The committee has spent about $4,648 total since the beginning of the year, 3 percent of which has gone to Facebook.
