On Wednesday, March 26, former Lakeshore High School standout Ava Mullen’s current college team, the Michigan State Spartans, lost 4-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Central Michigan Chippewas.

The game took place at Secchia Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Chippewas this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 28 at 5 p.m. at Alumni Field at Carol Hutchins Stadium against Michigan Wolverines.
