On Saturday, April 12, former Mattawan High School standout Brendan Garza’s current college team, the Ball State Cardinals, won 8-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Northern Illinois Huskies.

The game took place at Ball Diamond. This was their second matchup against the Huskies this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 at 1 p.m. at Ball Diamond against Northern Illinois Huskies.
