On Saturday, April 12, former Mattawan High School standout Carson Byers’ current college team, the Miami RedHawks, lost 13-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Kent State Golden Flashes.

The game took place at McKie Field at Hayden Park. This was their second matchup against the Golden Flashes this season.

The RedHawks’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 at 1 p.m. at McKie Field at Hayden Park against Kent State Golden Flashes.
