Senator John Damoose of Harbor Springs hosted retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer 4 Eric Boals from Traverse City VFW Post 2780 at the Michigan state Capitol on Thursday. The event was part of the Michigan Senate’s annual Memorial Day ceremony, which is held to honor the state’s fallen soldiers.
