Stevensville tennis player Spencer Coates finished 3,974th in November in the junior Boys’ 18 category of the United States Tennis Association.
One unarmed combat commission license was issued by the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) in Eaton County during the fourth quarter, an increase over the same quarter of the previous year.
