St. Joseph Charter Township issued the following announcement on Oct. 6.
UPDATE: The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services has issued an emergency order that reinstates mask requirements for indoor and outdoor gatherings, including at government offices, capacity restrictions of gatherings and limitations on bars and restaurants. This order does NOT impact the negation of EO’s over public meetings and a physical quorum is again a requirement for township meetings. This emergency order in in effect through Oct. 30.
