Calling future HPS 2035, 2036, and 2037 graduates! Kindergarten Round up is right around the corner, and we can't wait to meet you! Please join us on Thursday, April 21st, from 4:00 - 7:00 P.M.
Documents Required for Enrollment:
- Parent/Legal Guardian Driver's License or State ID
- Student's Legal Birth Certificate or a Certified Copy
- Record of Immunization
- Proof of Residency of Current Address (lease, utility bill, mortgage statement, or another official document showing current address).
- Proof of dental/vision/hearing screening if applicable
Don't live in the school district? Schools of Choice applications will also be available for non-residents.
