On Wednesday, we continued “This is Me Week” with our Sylvester Scholars!
We were joined by Michigan State Police Trooper Higgs as we continued to explore and celebrate the uniqueness represented in our Sylvester Scholars, Sylvester Staff, Sylvester Families, and across our greater community.
Trooper Higgs shared with students about her career path and how she came to make the decision to become a Michigan State Police Trooper.
Trooper Higgs shared about her family, pets, and hobbies and interests as well.
Trooper Higgs shared about the various skills, capabilities, and dispositions that she developed while in the MSP Trooper School- many of these continue to be refined each day Trooper Higgs is on the job.
Trooper Higgs shared interesting facts about Michigan State Police traditions and unique opportunities that are available to police men and women working in the department.
We are so thankful for the visit from Trooper Higgs!
