Illegal Party Venues | Benton Harbor Department of Public Safety fb
The Benton Harbor Department of Public Safety has recently shut down several illegal party venues in town.
Parties involving illegal alcohol sales, drugs, sexual activity, firearms, as well as fire and code violations will not be tolerated as they violate criminal statutes and fire codes, and are a huge safety concern! If you know of these events taking place, or see their flyers on Facebook please let us know as we will shut them down immediately.
Property owners will also be held accountable for renting their establishments for these types of events.
