Brad Paquette, a public figure and former Michigan state representative, has recently shared a series of posts on his social media account addressing religious themes, COVID-19 vaccine concerns, and an anecdote from his teaching experience.

On August 20, 2025, Paquette posted a prayer inspired by biblical scripture: "A prayer to the Lord for repentance here in the United States based upon Daniel's prayer in Daniel chapter 9."

The following day, on August 21, 2025, he expressed concerns regarding the safety of mRNA COVID-19 vaccines. In his post he stated: "The many injured by the COVID shot have been ignored for almost 5 years. The harms of mRNA need to be addressed. Pull the shots." These remarks reflect ongoing debates about vaccine safety that have persisted since the introduction of mRNA-based COVID-19 vaccines during the pandemic.

Also on August 21, Paquette recounted an incident from his time as a teacher involving a student’s behavior: "While teaching, a young man in 9th grade began consistently writing 666 on the whiteboard and in his papers.
