Nessel cautions long-term care facility residents regarding federal stimulus payments

On Jan. 7, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel reminded residents and operators of nursing homes and other long-term care facilities that stimulus payments belong to the person named on the check, not to the organization providing care, according to Michigan.gov.
