A bill introduced by Michigan Sen. Kim LaSata (R-Bainbridge Township) that allows the names of law enforcement officers, court officers and corrections officers who died in the line of duty to appear on the Michigan Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Monument has unanimously passed the Senate.
