City of South Haven issued the following announcement on Nov. 15
As a reminder, the Center Street reconstruction project is now underway. The project has an estimated total cost of nearly $3,000,000 and started at the north end from Williams Street to Phoenix Street, which is referred to as Phase 1 and has a tentative schedule to be substantially completed by November 20th. Landscaping and other minor surface items will be completed in the spring of 2020 for this phase. Phase 2, which consists of the south half of the project from Phoenix Street to Michigan Avenue is tentatively scheduled to be completed on May 5th. These dates can change due to the weather and any unforeseen circumstances. The weekly project report can be found at the following link:
