City of Coloma issued the following announcement on July 28.
Coloma recently lost one of our long-time leaders with the passing of former Mayor Jim Polashak. Jim, along his wife Sherry, gave tirelessly to the community in a variety of ways and serving in numerous roles over the years including City Commission and most recently as Mayor for 13 years until his retirement in 2020.
