City of Portage issued the following announcement on Sept 14.
September is National Suicide Prevention Month. All month, mental health advocates, prevention organizations, survivors, allies and community members unite to promote suicide prevention awareness. If you or someone your know is in need of help, please call Gryphon Place at 269-381-HELP or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK.
