This week BHDPS Recruit Fire Academy 21-02 worked on the following skills:
Forcible Entry
Forcible Entry Hand & Power Tool Lab
SCBA Confidence
SCBA Inspections
PPE/SCBA Donning
RIT SCBA Drills
Fire Extinguishers
Auto Extrication
The class is 2 weeks in and has bonded together amazingly. We are very pleased with their progress and will start to add "Training In Context" & "Performance Under Pressure" over the next couple weeks.
A special thanks to Zielke Towing for allowing us to cut up cars for extrication inside their warehouse today during the inclement weather!
