City of Portage issued the following announcement on Feb 2.
Non-emergency city offices are closed on Wednesday, February 2 due to the winter storm warning currently in effect.
- Essential services in Public Safety, Public Works and Utilities will operate.
- All Board and Commission meetings scheduled today are canceled.
- Building inspection appointments will be rescheduled by staff when offices re-open.
