Berrien County Road Department issued the following announcement on Feb 17.
"Turn Around, Don't Drown"
If you have reports of flooding over roads please give us a call. Staff are working to monitor the network.
Important for drivers to slow down and be aware of surroundings under these weather conditions. If you see water over a road, do NOT drive through it. Give yourself enough time to evaluate conditions of the road and react appropriately.
If you see barricades for a road closure, do NOT drive around them.
