Republican senators in Michigan have introduced a resolution to support the border policies of Texas Governor Greg Abbott. The resolution, known as Senate Resolution 91, recognizes and supports Abbott's efforts to protect the citizens of Texas and secure the southern border.

He stated, "We are joining with governors and officials across the country who understand that we must do more to stop the flood of drugs, crime, and terrorism that are pouring across our southern border. The Biden administration's open border policies are a very real threat to the safety, security, and well-being of Michigan families. The American people deserve better."
